3.2 Third-party trademarks

Names, logos, and trademarks of third parties referenced on the Site (Formula 1, NASCAR, IndyCar, MotoGP, the FIA, team and sponsor marks, and so on) are the property of their respective owners and are used here only for editorial reference and identification. No endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship is implied.

3.3 Reporting copyright infringement

If you believe content on the Site infringes a copyright you own, please email corrections@worldofspeed.org with: (1) identification of the copyrighted work; (2) the URL of the allegedly infringing content; (3) your contact information; (4) a good-faith statement that the use is not authorised; and (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act for the rights holder. We respond to valid DMCA-style notices in line with applicable law.

When using the Site — particularly when commenting, submitting tips, or contacting us — you agree not to:
