WhatsApp — Fastest Channel

Tips, urgent corrections, partnership inquiries
📱
Message us on WhatsApp

+1 (415) 323-0836

WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us, especially during race weekends and outside US business hours. Use it for: time-sensitive news tips, urgent corrections to live articles, quick advertising inquiries, and press requests against tight deadlines. Please include your name, your organisation (if any), and a brief subject line in your first message so we can route it to the right editor.

For everything that doesn’t need an instant response — long pitches, formal partnership decks, legal notices, data-subject requests — please use the email channels in the table above. They have proper paper trails and reach the right specialist directly.

News Tips & Story Pitches

Including confidential and on-the-record submissions

If you have information about a developing story in motorsport — a driver move, a team-shop change, an unannounced sponsorship, a safety concern, a regulatory matter — we’d like to hear from you. Email tips@worldofspeed.org or send a brief WhatsApp message to +1 (415) 323-0836. We’ll respond to confirm receipt and ask follow-up questions.

How we handle confidential tips

If you ask for confidentiality, we protect your identity. We do not name confidential sources in published articles. If a tip requires verification we cannot do without context that would identify you, we will tell you that and let you decide whether to proceed. We use confidential information to guide our reporting, but we verify independently before publishing claims that rely on confidential sourcing.

What makes a useful tip

The most useful tips are specific, verifiable, and tied to a clear timeline. “Driver X is leaving Team Y at the end of the season” is the kind of statement we can investigate. Vague rumours, fan speculation, and grudge-driven leaks are generally not useful and we will not publish them. We do not pay for tips.

💼

Advertising & Partnerships

Display ads · Sponsored content · Affiliate programs · Events

For advertising and commercial partnerships, contact partnerships@worldofspeed.org or reach our partnerships lead on WhatsApp at +1 (415) 323-0836. We work with brands across automotive, motorsport, broadcast streaming, ticketing, hospitality, and retail. Our most common partnership types are:

  • Display advertising — IAB-standard banner placements via Google AdSense and direct sales
  • Sponsored content — clearly labelled as such, never disguised as editorial
  • Affiliate partnerships — for products and services relevant to our audience (broadcast subscriptions, ticketing, racing gear)
  • Newsletter sponsorships — header, footer, or sponsored-section slots
  • Custom integrations — campaigns built around the racing calendar (Daytona 500, Monaco GP, Le Mans, Indy 500)
📐
Editorial & commercial are separate

Editorial coverage cannot be bought. Sponsored content is always clearly labelled as such per FTC guidelines (16 CFR Part 255) and never published in a way that misrepresents commercial messaging as our editorial voice. See our Affiliate Disclaimer for a full explanation of how we handle commercial relationships.

Corrections & Complaints

How to flag an error · How we handle them

If you’ve spotted a factual error in one of our articles, email corrections@worldofspeed.org with the article URL, the specific claim you believe is incorrect, and (if you have it) a source for the correct information. We aim to respond within one business day and to correct substantive factual errors as soon as we’ve verified the correction.

Substantive corrections are noted at the bottom of the affected article with the date of the correction and a brief description of what was changed. Minor typos and formatting fixes are made without a correction note. We do not silently delete or rewrite published articles to bury errors.

For complaints about editorial judgment, tone, framing, or coverage choices — as opposed to factual errors — please write to editorial@worldofspeed.org. We take reader feedback seriously and respond to substantive complaints, although we are not obliged to change editorial decisions on the basis of disagreement.

Contact FAQ

The questions we get asked most often
How long does it take to get a reply?
Most inquiries get a response within 1–2 business days. WhatsApp messages typically get a same-day reply during normal hours. News tips on developing stories get priority attention. Advertising and partnership inquiries take 2–3 business days while our team scopes the right fit.
Can I call instead of using WhatsApp?
The number +1 (415) 323-0836 is configured for WhatsApp messaging rather than voice calls. WhatsApp gives us a written record we can route to the right editor and respond to asynchronously around race weekends. For a scheduled voice call, email us first and we’ll set up a time.
Do you accept guest posts or contributor articles?
We don’t currently accept unsolicited guest posts. If you’re an established motorsport journalist or subject-matter expert interested in contributing, email editorial@worldofspeed.org with your background and links to your prior work. Pitches that don’t include credentials and prior work will not be considered.
Can you cover my race team / event / driver?
We make editorial coverage decisions based on relevance to our audience, not on outreach. That said, we always welcome press releases, race-weekend information packs, and contact details for media-credentialed events. Send those to press@worldofspeed.org.
How do I request my personal data or delete my account?
Email privacy@worldofspeed.org with your request. We respond to data-subject requests within 30 days, in line with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy laws. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what data we hold and your rights.
Do you have a press credentials team?
For press credential requests at race events, please coordinate directly with the relevant series press office (F1 Media Operations, NASCAR Media, MotoGP Media, etc.). For our own press kit or to request an interview with the editorial team, email press@worldofspeed.org.
Where is FnF Media LLC based?
FnF Media LLC is registered in Delaware, USA — full address: 2055 Limestone Rd, Suite 200 C, Wilmington, DE 19808. Our editorial and operational teams work globally across multiple time zones, with primary coverage of motorsport across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
I sent a message and didn’t hear back — what now?
First, check the spam folder of your reply address; our responses sometimes land there. If three business days have passed and you’ve heard nothing on email, follow up via WhatsApp at +1 (415) 323-0836 or to hello@worldofspeed.org, referencing your original subject line.

Thanks for reaching out
