Hamilton said, “It’s been about failure, breaking down egos, strengthening our relationships, and strengthening our communications. From that perspective, it’s been really empowering.”
Mercedez team CEO praised his approach and compared him to the legend, Micheal Schumacher. He also motivated the team this year and positively influenced the team’s morale.
Hamilton has always been hailed as a hero for his stance on social issues. So it is actually no surprise that he found strength from W13 losses and improved his strategies.
